We are happy to share that Chairmans Foods has acquired the warehouse business of Mrs. Grissom’s Salads, a food production company based in Nashville.
This change will not have any impact on you. We do not plan any significant changes to our products or how we do business, and our commitment to service and quality will not change. I’ll continue to be your point of contact, and you should see little to no change in how we work together day-to-day.
This is an exciting change for us, as Mrs. Grissom’s and Chairmans have very complementary products and already share many of the same customers. We believe Chairmans can grow the Mrs. Grissom’s brands through increased investment in R&D and innovation, as well as added manufacturing, marketing, and sales resources. We believe this new partnership will allow us to provide a higher level of service and a broader range of products to our customers.
